Study visit of representatives of Hungarian Public Procurement Council

On the 4th March 2010, Public Procurement Office hosted a delegation of representatives of Hungarian Public Procurement Council. The meeting proved to be an excellent opportunity for further discussion on both, Polish and Hungarian public procurement systems.

The Amendment to Public Procurement Law

The latest amendment to the Public Procurement Law was published in Dziennik Ustaw (Journal of Laws of 2009 - No. 223, item 1778). It entered into force on the 29th of January 2010.
