Regulation of the Prime Minister of 28 January 2010 on the list of priority and non-priority services (Journal of Laws, No. 12, item 67)

Pursuant to Article 2a of the Act of 29 January 2004 – Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 223, item 1655 as amended), it is decreed as follows:

§1.The list shall be determined:

1) for priority services, which shall constitute Annex No. 1 to the Regulation;
2) for non-priority services, which shall constitute Annex No. 2 to the Regulation.

§2. The regulation shall enter into force on the 29th of January 2010.
